Job summary

Farm Credit of Central Florida is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence & Information Security Analyst in Lakeland, FL to lead reporting, analytics, and cybersecurity coordination. The role blends Power BI development, data analytics, and core IT operations.

You will design enterprise reporting solutions, support security initiatives, administer Microsoft technologies, and act as a backup to the Director of IT, partnering with business units across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business intelligence, information security, or related IT roles.
• Strong Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling skills.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and Windows Server environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models; develop SQL reporting solutions.
• Support cybersecurity governance, administer Active Directory, and participate in audits and incident response.
• Support Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure; coordinate vendors; backup to the Director of IT.
