Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services seeks a results-driven Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical specifications for resort systems, HR, and finance. You will interface with owners, operations leaders, and IT to deliver analytics, dashboards, and forecasts.

The role requires strong BI tool proficiency, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with minimal supervision in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associate degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields preferred or equivalent experience.
• Casino gaming & hospitality background or experience preferred 5-8 years related experience as business analyst or similar position.
• Expert in business intelligence performance management software, and data visualization tools, including SQL, Tableau, Cognos, Microsoft SHRSS.
• Project Management/Coordination practices, techniques, and software expert.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements to technical needs.
• Stakeholder management across department leaders, vendors and IT personnel.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-sufficient with limited supervision and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops and surveys.
• Acquire and index data, create dashboards, and provide real-time analytics.
• Provide financial and productivity analytics and budgets, and automated forecasts.
• Document processes, agendas and minutes for the Operations Development team.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with business owners and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Develop and document enterprise wide requirements and user documentation.
• Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and manage QA and release testing.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Lead master data and governance discussions with stakeholders.
