Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Atlanta to deliver recurring performance analytics for Remote Dealer Services. You will validate metrics, build dashboards, and translate data requests into self-service reports that support leadership decisions.

You will work in a hybrid office setting and collaborate with Trade Desk, RDS, and commercial teams to understand KPIs and priorities while striving for data integrity and timely insights.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must live within commutable distance to Atlanta with in-office hybrid schedule.
• BA/BS with 2+ years experience or MS with up to 2 years, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as a Business Intelligence Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring performance analytics for RDS, tracking core metrics and communicating trends.
• Validate sales conversion metrics against thresholds and adjust classification logic.
• Build and maintain broker performance reporting and dashboards for Trade Desk leadership.
• Turn ad hoc data requests into recurring self-service reports with stakeholders.
• Investigate data discrepancies and improve ETL timing and join logic.
