Job summary

GoGuardian is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst II to track and improve performance across marketing, sales and finance. You will retrieve data from diverse sources, build dashboards and reports, and translate insights into actionable strategies for decision-makers.

The role requires advanced SQL, Tableau and experience with SaaS product metrics, plus collaborating with data engineers to ensure reliable, high-quality data for the business.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with analytics focus or Bachelor’s with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and 3+ years handling large datasets with complex queries.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau and SaaS product metrics.
• Experience analyzing data from Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical and strategic intelligence to business decision-makers in marketing, sales and finance.
• Define KPIs and metrics with department leads and build analytics dashboards.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor performance and drive data-informed decisions.
• Summarize findings and recommendations in written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with data engineering to prioritize needs and ensure data quality.
