Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior FEP Business Intelligence Analyst to build analytics, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards using Python, Tableau, and Power BI.

You will analyze claims, customer service, and clinical data, manage projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to support efficient health plan operations. The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a relevant degree, and strong SQL, data visualization, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of related work experience
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to understand business objectives and deliver analyses that are clear and relevant
• Design and execute analytics projects from start to finish
• Ensure timely delivery of project reporting and provide insights across Healthplan Operations
• Turn data into action by moving from what happened to why and what should be done
• Define and measure KPIs with team members to assess initiatives
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize recommendations based on data insights
• Develop automated, standardized processes for self-service reporting and analytics
