Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Business Analyst Payer Escalations to design, produce and analyze data-driven reports supporting operations and strategic projects.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders. Requires proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau and at least 3 years in business analytics, with a Bachelor’s degree and collaboration with IT to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data reporting or analytics.
• Experience with large datasets and multiple databases.
• Knowledge of BI tools, SQL, querying and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Design, generate reports, dashboards and visualizations for business operations.
• Analyze trends, patterns and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau to extract and manipulate data.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data availability and system functionality.
