Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a FEP Business Intelligence Analyst to build analytics, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards using Python for scripting.

The role involves analyzing claims, customer service, and clinical data, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and drive an economically sustainable health care system. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, math, CS, IT, economics, or related field
• 3+ years of related work experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to understand business objectives and deliver analyses
• Design and execute analytics projects from start to finish
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate project reporting and insights
• Turn data into actionable recommendations and strategy
• Define and measure KPIs with team members
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to prioritize recommendations
• Develop standardized, automated self-service reporting processes
