Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver critical dashboards, reports, and predictive analyses for multiple business units. You will collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure data integrity and build reporting tools that drive strategic decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and familiarity with SQL Server and/or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, finance, mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience; knowledge of predictive analytics, reporting/analysis, and SQL Server and/or Oracle in an enterprise environment.
• Preferred experience with Meridian Link, Encompass, or DNA.

Responsibilities

• Creates BI reporting, dashboards, data visualizations, data mining, and predictive models to measure KPIs and metrics.
• Develops periodic and ad-hoc reports by extracting data from multiple databases used in business operations.
• Builds interactive dashboards to enable self-service analytics for end users.
• Develops databases for statistics gathering and works with IT/vendor teams to automate processes.
• Interprets business needs with managers and updates reporting accordingly.
• Assists in forecasting sales trends and expenses related to loan origination for budgeting.
• Verifies data integrity and collaborates with data owners to resolve issues.
• Prepares financial, regulatory, and Board/Committee level reporting.
• Evaluates economic and market trends to provide context to reports.
