Job summary

RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled BI Analyst to join one of our client's teams, focusing on turning data into strategic decision support.

You’ll build dashboards, ensure data quality, collaborate with stakeholders, and automate recurring analyses while upholding data governance. Remote work across the US with exposure to fast-paced projects and opportunities for impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of analytics experience, including 3+ years in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on SQL and Python for data analysis, statistical analysis, and visualization.
• Experience with large and complex datasets in a high-volume, transactional environment.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to go beyond basic reporting and aggregation.
• Demonstrated experience using data to influence or change business decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to validating analytical results.
• Experience automating recurring reporting or analytical workflows and measuring the resulting efficiency gains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
