Job summary

Elite Marine A/C is hiring a Senior BI & Data Engineer to own the tools powering our three brands: Elite Marine A/C, Southern Marine Supply, and Spot Zero. You will build dashboards, integrate data across CRM, ERP, and inventory systems, and drive AI-driven reporting and automation.

The role oversees data infrastructure, API connections, and scalable pipelines, ensuring a single source of truth. Strong BI, SQL, data lakes experience required; in-office in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong hands-on experience with BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for dashboards and reports.
• Experience building data pipelines and APIs between systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and analytics for three brands.
• Integrate data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, inventory) for trusted insights.
• Design data models, pipelines, and reporting structures for accuracy and reliability.
• Apply AI/ML tools to improve reporting, forecasting, and automation.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
