Job summary

Elite Marine A/C LLC is seeking a data-driven BI/AI-focused professional to own the tools, systems, and platforms powering business decisions across Elite Marine A/C, Southern Marine Supply, and Spot Zero.

You will build scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and AI-assisted reports, turning scattered data into trusted insights and advancing automated processes across the organization. Strong SQL, data modeling, and BI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Solid data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience building APIs and data integrations.
• Experience designing or building data lakes or centralized data repositories.
• Applied experience with AI, ML, or predictive analytics in a business context.
• Comfort owning technology systems and platforms and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and analytics across three brands.
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Design data models, pipelines, and reporting structures for reliable insights.
• Build automated reporting and KPI tracking to improve operations.
• Identify trends and communicate insights to leadership.
• Partner with business users to translate reporting needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms.
