Job summary

Bennett Marine, part of the Yamaha family, seeks a Data & Systems Engineering Intern in Deerfield Beach, FL to join the Planning team. You will develop dashboards, analyze data, and help automate processes using Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

You will work with multiple departments to understand processes, create documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives while learning in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be working toward a related degree or diploma.
• Strong interest in data analytics, automation and business systems.
• Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and business data.
• Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with automating workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop internal applications and data collection tools with Power Apps and other platforms.
• Help create connected processes for data collection, tracking, and reporting.
• Support KPI reporting and department performance tracking.
• Test and troubleshoot dashboards, workflows, and internal systems.
• Create SOPs, process documents, and training materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects via data analysis.
