Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne operates a 100-bed residential program with detox and inpatient services, delivering compassionate care. You will support admissions, transportation, meals, and daily operations while fostering a warm recovery environment.

Join a dedicated team focused on evidence-based care and patient well-being, with opportunities to engage clients and coordinate with clinical staff in a structured, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
• Record and elevate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).
