Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center, serving Fort Wayne, provides detox, residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient care through a nationwide network, seeking a compassionate administrator to support admissions, transportation, meals, medications, and supervision. You will engage clients, uphold safety policies, and handle shift documentation and inventory with a warm, professional approach.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (GED), a valid driver's license and CPR certification, plus a year of sobriety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
• Record and elevate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support).
