Avenues Recovery Center Fort Wayne is seeking a dedicated operations support professional to assist clinical teams across admissions, transportation, meals, and supervision. This role emphasizes creating a welcoming recovery environment and ensuring safety for clients and staff.

The position requires strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and a commitment to recovery principles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, minimum one year of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills essential.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones, etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety of clients and staff.
• Record and escalate critical communications/incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support).

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
