  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget and technical performance, identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project objectives.
  • Lead project coordination meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Review engineering submittals, requests for information (RFIs), change requests, shop drawings and technical documentation for compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct field observations and site inspections to verify construction quality, specification compliance and installation progress.
  • Coordinate functional testing, integrated system testing, commissioning activities and project closeout documentation.
  • Support development and implementation of project execution plans, logistics strategies and construction phasing within active airport environments.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain project delivery milestones.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project reports summarizing schedule status, project risks, field activities and overall project performance.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients through proactive communication and responsive project leadership.
Minimum requirements
  • BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related engineering discipline.
Preferred qualifications
