Job summary

Baptist Health in Charlestown, IN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients in the outpatient clinic and implement an appropriate plan of care in collaboration with physicians and the patient’s support system.

You will document treatments in electronic records, provide skilled therapy, and guide families. New graduates are encouraged to apply as part of a mentorship-focused team.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
