Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Manager for our Eastpoint Pkwy outpatient clinic in Louisville.

This hands-on leadership role directs daily clinical operations, maintains productive staffing, builds strong physician and patient relationships, and supports staff development. The ideal candidate holds an active KY PT license and at least two years of clinical leadership experience, with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license.
• Two years clinical experience.
• Basic Life Support Certification.
• Hands-on working manager with daily clinic leadership experience.

Responsibilities
