Job summary

Baptist Health Lexington seeks an experienced RN for the EP Lab. This Full Time position offers 4 days per week with 10-hour shifts, typically Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with no call or weekend obligations.

A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. The RN-EP Lab role includes patient assessment, care planning, direct patient care, and leadership within the EP and invasive cardiac services.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license required.
• BLS certification required; obtain within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications required; dysrhythmia class required.

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and manage delivery of care.
• Demonstrate leadership and supervise staff and students.

The cardiovascular observation unit also serves as our preoperative and postoperative area.
