Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a part-time to 40-hour-per-week Project Manager to oversee medium to large projects across departments. You will guide teams, coordinate credentialing, onboarding, appointments, and visa processes, and monitor progress to ensure delivery within scope and budget.

Ideal candidates bring strong PM skills, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and excellent communication. This hybrid role is based at 399 Revolution Drive with regular interaction across the system.

  • Ensure on-time completion within specifications and budget.
  • Communicate project status regularly with stakeholders.
  • Own project plans for medium to large-scale efforts and guide coordinators.

Job Summary

This role will be 20 - 40 hours / week The pay range is $28 - $32/ hour Responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects within an assigned functional area or across multiple entities. Takes ownership of the project lifecycle overall by guiding teams and staff, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and monitoring progress toward project goals. Ensures that the project is completed successfully and provides support to team members and stakeholders as they complete essential tasks.

Qualifications
Essential Functions
  • - Coordinate faculty and post-doc credentialing and onboarding.
  • - Process faculty Harvard Medical School appointments and promotions.
  • - Process faculty and post-doc visa applications.
  • -Develops comprehensive project plans, monitors, and manages projects from initiation through completion
  • -Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
  • -Manages projects to ensure on-time completion, within specifications, and within budget.
  • -Communicates regularly on project status with project stakeholders.
  • -Owns project plans for medium to large-scale projects.
  • -Provides guidance to project coordinators.
  • -Identifies potential risks early, analyzes the possible impact, and develops mitigation strategies.
Experience

Project management experience 2-3 years required Faculty Affairs or Medical Education experience preferred
