We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support strategic initiatives across Population Health and Value-Based Care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex workstreams, and takes pride in keeping projects on track from start to finish. The Project Manager will serve as the central coordinator across multiple stakeholders, ensuring priorities remain visible, milestones are achieved, and leaders have clear insight into project progress. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for creating and maintaining effective project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status updates that drive accountability and results.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field of Study, or equivalent years of experience required.
Experience: Project management experience 2-3 years required.
