Assistant Store Manager Role: An integral part of the store management team, developing the store team and contributing to strategic implementation and operational excellence to ensure brand integrity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. Responsible for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years retail leadership experience with proven coaching and training skills.
• Exhibits discretion, professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Collaborative role model aligned with company culture.
• Compliance with all store policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), moving around, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Compensation: $24.25 - $40.40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
