Job summary

Cavalier Distributing Florida is seeking a self-driven Field Sales Specialist to own and grow a sales territory. You will build relationships with chain stores, provide excellent customer service, and drive growth through strategic product placement and in-store engagements.

You will manage routes, execute deliveries, restock displays, and upsell while maintaining Cavalier’s high merchandising standards. Join a team passionate about craft beverages and direct interaction with retail partners.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Experience in account sales management, merchandising, or retail sales.
• Experience in craft beer industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver receipts and merchandise/restock to Cavalier's standards.
• Build and maintain compelling displays in-store.
• Close sales with retail decision-makers and upsell.
• Monitor inventory and upsell incremental product.
• Ensure proper pricing, signage, and POS usage.
