Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food and beverage management.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume bar/restaurant/nightclub.
• Must obtain Food Handler/Card, Alcohol Awareness, BBP certifications.
• Knowledge of the GILA WAY: greet, interact, listen, appreciate.
• Excellent guest service, strong telephone etiquette, and self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
• Responsible for all aspects of the effective beverage management within a casino environment
• Ensure total compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies.
• Assist with supervising team members on proper instructions of alcohol handling, cash handling and workplace safety rules.
• Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and lateness.
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
