Sodexo Group is seeking a Beverage Supervisor in Indiana to oversee beverage service for events and daily functions, ensuring quality and compliance with alcohol laws. You will supervise bartenders and support staff, coordinating with management and culinary teams to meet event specifications and standards.

The role operates in event venues with multiple service formats—bars, receptions, banquets—focusing on staffing, service flow, inventory control, and issue resolution related to beverage

Qualifications

• 2–4 years beverage/bar or food & beverage service experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in beverage/event operations preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Working knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site supervision of beverage service operations during events and shifts.
• Assign staff to beverage stations, bars, or service areas and adjust during events.
• Conduct pre-event or pre-shift meetings to review event details and compliance.
• Support training and onboarding of beverage staff during service.
• Lift up to 35 lbs frequently; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time; reliability.
