Job summary

The Beverage Supervisor oversees the daily tasks of Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, and Barbacks, and assists the Beverage Manager with hiring, training, and staff motivation to deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll cost control, inventory management, safety compliance, and regular pre-shift meetings. You will also track hours, review staff performance, and coordinate with Security on alcohol SOP issues.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-year bartender and/or serving experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily tasks of Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, and Barbacks.
• Assist Beverage Manager in hiring, training, motivating, and directing staff.
• Schedule Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, and Barbacks while meeting payroll cost.
• Track employee hours using Attendance Enterprise.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol SOP and coordinate with Security on violations.
• Maintain beverage service quality and inventory controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
