Job description

Job Title: Beverage Supervisor

The Beverage Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all concessions bars and beer portables operations for Legends Hospitality.

Responsibilities :
  • Support all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations.
  • Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff.
  • Manage event day staff and interact directly with customers.
  • Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
  • Train and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Develop and uphold standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Conduct physical audits of inventory and products, research discrepancies, and perform reconciliations.
Qualifications :
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, including stairs and ramps.
  • Flexible to work during all venue events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Sufficient mobility to perform tasks involving reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, complete safety training, and report safety incidents promptly using the company's risk management system (Origami Risk).
