Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Production of a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from standardized recipes.
• Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes.
• Work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Multitask across recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation responsibilities.
• Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify ingredients/products not meeting quality standards and correct issues.
• Prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections.
• Create personalized customer experiences and fulfill highly specific requests.
• Perform service recovery when products do not meet customer expectations.
