Qualifications

• Previous food service and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce a wide variety of beverages and assist in recipe production according to standardized recipes.
• Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes.
• Work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and multitask across duties including cash handling, stocking, and sanitation.
• Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment and troubleshoot issues or refer to leadership.
• Identify ingredients/finished products not meeting quality standards and correct issues.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the work area.
• Prepare for semi-annual health department and regulatory inspections.
• Create personalized customer experiences with product knowledge and accuracy.
