WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor - Trifecta to guide the beverage team and oversee operations during shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• Three years of experience in food and beverage management with supervisory duties in a high-volume gaming operation.
• ServSafe certification and TIPS Alcohol Awareness certification.
• Must be able to obtain Nebraska Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage team during assigned shifts and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide training, scheduling, and inventory oversight for beverage operations.
• Ensure proper cash handling, payment, and comp authorization procedures.
• Monitor beverage par levels, inventory, and weekly/monthly orders.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulations.
