Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking passionate individuals to join our service team who deliver on our mission to provide industry defining equipment and service solutions that exceed our partner's expectations. We will train you to become a Beverage Service Technician and educate you on the ever evolving beverage industry.

We will provide the vehicle, phone and tablet to support you in delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be insurable with a good driving record and a valid driving license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently each workday.
• Good working knowledge of tablet, cell phone, etc.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Prior technical/mechanical work experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to adhere to the Technician scorecard metrics.
• Those with prior or current military service are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your customers receive industry defining technical and customer service.
• Exceed expectations by listening to and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
• Complete all assigned work and associated paperwork.
• Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
• Professionally communicate both verbally and in writing with customers as needed.
• Present yourself in a professional manner. Well groomed and neat appearance.
• Responsibly care for company assets (vehicles, equipment & parts).
• Maintain a good safety record.
• Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards.
• Travel as needed to respond to and support customer and business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Service Manager.
