Job summary

The Riverside-Casino- is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily tasks of bartenders, cocktail servers, and barbacks. You will help the Beverage Manager with hiring, training, motivating, and directing staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

Salary is $21.50/hour with a full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. You will manage labor hours, cash, inventory, and ensure compliance with health and SOP requirements.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-year bartender and/or serving experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily tasks of bartenders, cocktail servers, and barbacks.
• Assist Beverage Manager in hiring, training, motivating, and directing staff.
• Manage labor hours, cash control, and inventory.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and assist in employee reviews.
• Schedule bartenders, cocktail servers, and barbacks and monitor payroll costs.
• Track employee hours using Attendance Enterprise.
• Ensure compliance with Iowa health, internal controls, and regulations.
