Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Beverage Server is to ensure complete customer satisfaction by serving and providing beverages to our guests to ensure an enjoyable stay.

• Greetsandwelcomesall guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Providestimelycocktail service in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Keeps assigned areas clean and empty of glasses and bottles.
• Constantlylooksfor service opportunities.
• Responds to andresolvesguest complaints.
• Answers guest questions andisknowledgeable about property events and attractions.
• Performs all side work at assigned station, suchas,stocking coffee, glasses, sugar,creamand coffee dispenser.
• Provides fast (20minuteor less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests; carries full trays on every round
• Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender,assistsin the preparation ofdrinksand presents drinks to guests
• Maintains clean and stocked workstation
• Handles money according to procedure
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol andintervenesas needed according to guidelines
• Serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions; appears in publicity photos
• Promotes casino events and programs
• Works closely withTotalRewards Center to promote new card sign up programs.
• Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
• Provides personalized service and uses guestnames
• Resolves service problems according to guidelines
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory,departmentaland company policies.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Requires standing and walking continuously with a tray up to 20lbs throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry 20lbs.
• Mustbe able to work in extreme heat during the summer months.
• Must be able to stand forentireshift.
• Must be able to access service area when picking up beverage orders.
• Must be able to converse over the telephone in an environment with loud background noise.
• Must be able tostoop,bendand reach.
• Must have the manual dexterityrequiredto write drinkorders,prepare drinks and garnishes and beverage orders.
• Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to simultaneously handle the demands of many customers.

What You Will Need

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older.
• One-yearprevioushigh volume cocktail experience.
• Minimum of oneyearcustomer service experience ina previousposition,wheretheprimaryjob duty is direct customer service,isrequired.
• Mustpossessexcellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able toinitiateand engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
• Must present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachablein order toengage in conversation.
• Mustbe able to work any day of the week andscheduledshift.
• Must be able toget alongwith co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Work requires knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients.

Hourly Rate: $7.01 per hour plus tips
