Beverage Server - Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines

The beautiful Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is seeking an experienced Beverage Server to join our Food & Beverage team in the Torreyana Lounge. The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 year of experience in high-volume serving
• Strong beverage knowledge
• Food handlers and RBS certifications

Shift Pattern: Open availability for PM shifts starting as early as 2 pm; lounge closes as late as 12 am.

Hourly Rate: $17.25 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to guest requests promptly, friendly, and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, promotions, and specials.
• Take guest beverage and food orders and input them into the point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverages timely.
• Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations.
• Keep the serving station well-stocked.
