Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with internal and external guests effectively.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification.
• Familiarity and product knowledge of beverages, wines, and garnishes.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
• Learn Belterra Park’s room outlets and server functions; answer general questions about the property.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance per contract.
• Model and represent the Belterra Park brand in entertainment and PR activities.
• Provide responsible alcohol service and verify guest ages for alcoholic beverages.
• Enter orders into the POS system promptly and communicate orders to bar personnel.
