PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a beverage server at our Kansas City area casino. You will provide fast, friendly beverage service to guests, handle money, and ensure smooth operations with a focus on safety and customer care.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ServSafe/TiPS certifications. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve service problems according to guidelines.
• Appear in publicity photos.
• Promote casino events and programs.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests; carries full trays on every round.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines.
• Take drink orders, communicate with bartenders, assist in the preparation of drinks and present drinks to guests.
• Handle money according to procedure; operate cash register, take money, make change, and make deposits at the end of shift.
• Maintain a clean and stocked workstation.
• Participate as a team member with all servers, venue hosts, supervisors and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.
• Declare tips through time and attendance system at the end of each shift.
• Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
• Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
• Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.
