Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC seeks a Beverage Server to deliver prompt, courteous beverage service in Lincoln, NE. You will input orders into the POS system, prepare and garnish drinks, and maintain a clean, professional appearance while ensuring compliance with liquor laws and company policies.

Flexible day and swing shifts are required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service experience is preferred and ServSafe/Knowledge of alcohol awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS systems and touch-screen devices.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service of beverages to guests.
• Accurately input drink orders into the POS system.
• Prepare and garnish drinks according to established standards.
• Retrieve and clear used glassware in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of drink menus and promotions to assist guests.
• Comply with liquor laws and internal policies.
• Follow SMART or TIPS training for responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain proper balance of assigned server bank, where applicable.
• Promote positive guest and team relations by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
