Job Description
The Beverage Server position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. The role includes serving food and beverages according to Belterra Casino Resort standards.

• Provide excellent customer service, positively interacting with guests and coworkers, handling difficult situations with resilience.
• Greet guests warmly, inform them of specials, and act as a source of information about the resort’s services and facilities.
• Assist guests with beverage selection, demonstrating product knowledge and salesmanship.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through quality checks and addressing complaints promptly.
• Maintain a neat, clean appearance, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
• Anticipate and meet guest needs effectively.
• Perform inventory and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of beverage and wine service.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications per regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Typically requires two (2) years of service experience.
