Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Costumed Beverage Server for Border Casino in Thackerville, OK. Part-time position with a $2.13 per hour wage and a dynamic, entertaining service style.

The role requires 18+, gaming and liquor licenses, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and maintain safety and cleanliness in a high-energy casino environment.

• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Incorporate a stage personality while serving guests.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Incorporate a stage personality while serving guests.
• Possess knowledge of guest services and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, understand orders, handle cash, and use computers.
• Employee appearance is a bona fide occupational qualification necessary to ensure that employees maintain the entertainment theme of the casino. Uniforms will consist of a costume, and employees must conform to an appearance conducive to that costume, enforced equally for males and females.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Stand and walk during shifts, perform physical tasks, and work in a restaurant/bar/casino environment.
• Moderate to high noise levels, exposure to smoke, and limited physical risk.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Stand and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods.
• Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
• Moderate to high noise levels.
• Exposure to a smoky environment.
