Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares and/or serves beverages following standard practices and recipeswhile providingguestswithexceptional customer service.
• Sets updesignated area of thefloor with ashtrays and cup holders if section requiressuch and continuously combs the floor for empty cups and miscellaneous trash.

• Circulates the floor giving equal attention to Table Games and Slots or assignedsection.
• Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events, and services.
• Reports to scheduled shift in proper uniform.
• Pays bartenderthe correct amount for drinks if such service isrequiredinthe assignedsection or outlet.
• Restocks andmaintainsall portable bars with soda, juice, coffee, and condiments.

• Coordinates with bar staff to ensure the availability ofbeverages.
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol, intervening as needed according to established practices.

Requirements
