Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking a Beverage Server to support the beverage department with prompt, accurate, and friendly service to guests. You will follow cash handling and Micros POS procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements include at least 21 years old, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the ability to communicate in English. Obtain and maintain required work cards; prior beverage or customer service experience is preferred. Indoor casino setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a beverage server or in a customer service-related role preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Take orders, serve drinks, and assist guests with beverage options in a professional and engaging manner
• Accurately follow all cash handling and Micros POS procedures
• Request identification from guests when legal age is questioned
• Follow all food and beverage regulations and safety procedures
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
