PENN Entertainment is looking for enthusiastic beverage servers to join our Kansas City team. You will provide fast, friendly, professional drink service to casino guests, promote casino events and programs, and work with a diverse team to maintain a smooth operation across shifts.

Qualifications include at least a high school diploma, excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to count money and make change, knowledge of tray service, and the ability to obtain ServSafe and

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills.
• Ability to count money and change correctly.
• Knowledge of tray service cocktail ingredients and/or prior server experience preferred.
• Ability to earn and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification.
• Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests; carry full trays on every round.
• Promote casino events and programs.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines.
• Take drink orders, communicate with bartenders, assist in the preparation of drinks and present drinks to guests.
• Handle money according to procedure; operate cash register, take money, make change, and make deposits at end of shift.
• Maintain clean and stocked workstation.
• Participate as a team member with servers, venue hosts, supervisors and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Declare tips through time and attendance system at end of each shift.
• Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to policies.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
