Breakthru Beverage Arizona seeks an Off Premise Sales Representative to build relationships with retail accounts and drive sales through product placement, merchandising, and execution in the market. You will visit accounts daily, ensure shelves are stocked and brand standards are met, and identify opportunities to increase sales while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• t Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other software including presentation tools.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with diplomacy and discretion in communication and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or in a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills required.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required.

Aufgaben

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Analyzes account base, identifies opportunities, and ensures surveys/compliance as applicable.
• Delivers professional sales presentations, including new products, placements, and promotions.
• Maintains product levels and restocks shelves where permitted.
• Educates account staff on priority brands and conducts training seminars.
• Manages credits and returns, communicates with accounts on aged receivables.
• Delivers products during extenuating circumstances and handles customer issues.
