The role requires a high school diploma, preference for a bachelor's degree, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should have excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with MS Office and basic inventory processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training.
• Understanding of wine and spirits is highly preferred.
• Strong accounting, computer, customer service and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Must be results-oriented with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and plan monthly to achieve sales and merchandising objectives.
• Call on accounts and manage daily routes efficiently.
• Analyze accounts to identify opportunities and ensure compliance with policies.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and promotions to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management to demand changes.
• Maintain brand visibility and restock shelves as needed.
• Process payments and assist with account receivables when applicable.
• Train and educate account staff on priority brands.
