Job summary

Coke Northeast in Greenfield, MA is hiring a Sales Merchandiser. This hybrid role combines Account Manager and Merchandiser duties for selected large store accounts, building relationships and increasing sales while stocking shelves and maintaining rotation standards.

You will educate customers on our beverage portfolio, place displays and promotions, manage inventory, and coordinate replenishment with partners. Lifting up to 40 pounds and frequent movement are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 40 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.
• Valid driver's license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate and excite customers about our leading portfolio of beverages.
• Sell incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs where applicable.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets, promotional ad signage (point of sale) and displays.
• Ensure each account meets defined merchandising standards, determine stores' product needs and transmit appropriate replenishment orders.
• Communicate and collaborate account activities to appropriate business partners.
• Regular lifting of up to 40 pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling and merchandising.
