Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Beverage Quality & Safety Program Analyst to monitor safety initiatives, enforce end-to-end safety compliance, and protect assets across our North Dakota operations.

The role includes conducting safety training, coordinating audits, investigating incidents, and maintaining the company-wide safety program; a Bachelor’s degree or related experience is required, with extensive OSHA knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies comply with local, state, and federal rules.
• Investigate accidents to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Review investigations, facility inspections and environmental testing findings.
• Lead safety and food safety audits across the system.
• Train staff in safety practices and procedures.
