Viking Coca-Cola Bottling Company in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a Full-Time Safety Coordinator to elevate EOSH programs across facilities.

This onsite role focuses on regulatory compliance, incident prevention, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced distribution environment. You will monitor ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 adherence, manage accident reports and OSHA logs, educate staff, lead the Safety Committee, and coordinate audits with regulators.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety/compliance in a beverage/industrial setting preferred.
• Experience with OSHA logs, Tier II reporting, and incident investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities comply with EOSH systems and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Collaborate with QSE Manager and regulatory bodies during audits.

Day to day as a Safety Coordinator

As a Safety Coordinator at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that all facilities comply with vital Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental (EOSH) systems, adhering to esteemed ISO standards such as 9001, 14001, and 45001. Collaborating closely with the QSE Manager, you'll ensure alignment with Coca-Cola North America and Keurig-Dr. Pepper's safety governance, while also representing the company during compliance audits with regulatory agencies like OSHA and the EPA.

You'll be responsible for managing critical data and preparing reports, including accident reports, OSHA logs, and Tier II submissions, ensuring that every process is backed by a robust risk-based assessment system. Qualifications
