Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Beverage Quality & Safety Program Analyst to monitor safety initiatives, oversee loss control programs, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.

You will lead safety audits, investigate incidents, and develop corrective actions while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement across our operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills in general safety and loss prevention.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Microsoft proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures including OSHA regulations.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and injuries to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Review and report findings from investigations, inspections and environmental testing.
• Lead safety audits and develop strategies to reduce risk across the system.
• Organize safety training for employees and coordinate hazard communication programs.
