Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Beverage Quality & Safety Program Analyst to monitor safety initiatives and loss control programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include leading safety audits, investigating incidents, developing corrective actions, organizing employee trainings, and coordinating safety committee activities to foster a proactive, compliant culture across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills in general safety and loss prevention.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Microsoft proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal rules including OSHA.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and injuries to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Review findings from investigations, facility inspections and environmental testing.
• Lead safety audits and risk identification activities across the system.
• Organize employee safety training and coordinate the Safety Committee activities.
