Job summary

Dean Distributing, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to service accounts around Rhinelander from the Arbor Vitae location. The role requires a good driving record, sales experience, and beverage industry familiarity. Employees operate Monday–Friday and may use a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Active listening and communications skills required.
• 3 years of sales experience preferred.
• 3 years of beverage experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales related business with DDI account base.
• Pre-sell product into accounts through inventory and order process.
• Maintain/Increase sales and revenue goals through events and marketing programs.
• Maintain product freshness dates in the account.
• Manage customer inventory to avoid stockouts.
• Merchandise product at accounts and rotate stock to keep dates fresh.
• Collect payments and manage A/R status of accounts.
• Provide effective communication between Dean Distributing, Inc. and its customers.
• Support team members to develop plans and skills.
